TERMS OF PARTICIPATION Please read carefully the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”) relating to your participation in LMIT - M | Let's Make India Trade Masters Within (the “Program”) which is conducted by Asmita Patel Global School Of Trading Pvt Ltd (the “Institute”). By registering for the Program and filling out the Registration Form, you (the “Participant”) signify your acceptance of and obligation to these Terms. Should you have any objection to the following Terms, you should not register for or participate in the Program as these terms are legally binding. By participating in the Program, the Participant agrees to abide by these Terms and understands that the decisions of Asmita Patel Global School Of Trading Pvt Ltd (the “Institute”) regarding all aspects of participation in the Program is final and binding in all respects. PARTICIPANT CAPITAL The Participant hereby agrees that the capital deployed for trading during the Program should be willingly and freely made available by him/her. Under no circumstances should a drawdown in such capital during the Program affect the mental stability, physical health and social well-being of the Participant. CONFIDENTIALITY AND NON-COMPETE Participant hereby understands and agrees that the tools, processes, strategies, materials and information presented in the Program are confidential and proprietary to the Institute and the Participant agrees not to record, duplicate, distribute, teach or train from the Program’s concepts or materials in any manner whatsoever without the express written permission of the Institute. Any unauthorized use or distribution of the Institute’s private, confidential or proprietary concepts, materials, or intellectual property by the Participant or the Participant’s representatives is prohibited and subject to legal review and response. The Institute may pursue legal action and seek full damages against the Participant if these Terms are violated in any way in order to protect its rights and business. AUDIO/VISUAL RELEASE By participating in the Program, the Participant understands that the video and audio recordings of the Program may include the Participant’s name, likeness, voice, biographical details, testimonial, or photograph. The Participant agrees that the Institute has the right and permission to use such recordings and photographs for marketing, advertising or any other purpose in any media or format, online and/or offline, now or hereafter without further compensation, permission, or notification to the Participant. Participant understands and agrees that all materials including video and audio recordings from the Program are the exclusive rights of the Institute and the Participant neither asks for nor expects compensation for the use of recordings or photographs in which the Participant appears or speaks. The Institute owns all rights to any audio, video, and/or photographs that are a part of or may be captured during the live event of the Program. CANCELLATION POLICY We provide no refunds and no guarantees for the Program. Firstly, the Institute has made extensive arrangements and investments in terms of creating exclusive quality content, including significant investment into software, hardware, hosting platforms, etc. Secondly, once the Program commences, the team of the Institute is deeply involved with the Participants in terms of effort and time, and hence, cancellation results in a psychological drain on the members thereof. Given these facts the participant cannot request or receive a cancellation or refund once the payment has been made. The Participant may choose to utilize this credit to pursue any other program at the Institute within this time period. The Participant agrees that all cancellation decisions are made at the sole discretion of the Institute.
